Policies
R & S Moonwalks reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations, other than weather-related as described below in the Weather Policy, must be made at least 7 days prior to your event . Delivery Policy: Free delivery, setup, and takedown in Timberlake, Roxboro, Hillsborough, Durham, & up to "50 Miles" from Timberlake, otherwise a delivery fee of $1.00 a mile [after 50 miles Free] for 1-way ONLY shall be imposed. Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your deposit. R & S MoonWalks will not set up equipment in rain, snow, high wind, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 40° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will be charged a $ 40.00 fee. Once we have set up the equipment, you are then obligated to the full rental purchase.
